The Board of Eldeco Housing & Industries at its meeting held on 27 October 2017 has transacted the following -

The Board took note of the order received from the Central Government (power delegated to Regional Director) for the shifting of registered office of the Company from State of Haryana to State of Uttar Pradesh.

The Board accorded in-principle approval for the scheme of amalgamation of Eldelco City, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with the Company.
