Gujarat Lease Financing announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 January 2015, inter alia, has approved:1. Appointment of Anil Jhaveri as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company effective from 20 January 2015.
2. Appointment of Ankit Patniya as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company effective from 01 February 2015.
3. Resignation of Pradip Mehta from the position of Director-in-Charge of the Company w.e.f. closing hours of 20 January 2015. Accordingly, Pradip Mehta ceases to be Director-in-Charge of the Company, however, he will continue as Non-Executive Director of the Company.
