Outcome of board meeting of iStreet Network

iStreet Network announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 December 2016 has approved the following -Increase in Authorised Share Capital from Rs 10 crore to Rs 20 crore.
Issue of 16,20,500 equity warrants on preferential basis.
Grant of 7,61,627 ESOPs under iSNL ESOP 2016.
