Outcome of board meeting of Marg

The Board of Marg at its meeting held on 18 July 2018 has approved the appointment of V Revathi as an Additional Director of the Company. The Board has accepted resignation of Janmohan Mohapatra from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company. The Board has appointed Nawal Kishore as Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company.
