Outcome of board meeting of National Steel & Agro Industries

National Steel & Agro Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 March 2016 approved the following -

Issue of equity shares to qualified institutional buyers on private placement basis.

Increase in authorised share capital.

Acceptance of resignation of P Srikrishana, Managing Director with effect from 31 March 2016.

Appointment of Nagalingam Goli as Director and designated as Managing Director with effect from 01 April 2016.
