The Board of Orient Green Power Company approved issue Equity Shares on a preferential basis to SREI Infrastructure Finance, the entity belonging to the Non-Promoter category for an amount not exceeding Rs. 13.71 crore on such price as determined in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VII of SEBI ICDR Regulations, subject to the approval of Shareholders and regulatory authorities as may be required. The Board also accorded its approval to sell the investments in one of the subsidiaries viz.
