Pincon Spirit announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 February 2015, has discussed the following :1. The Launch of its new brand of product i.e. "Jamaican XXX RUM- in Premium Segment' in the Brand Name of "Ultra Force" in the State of West Bengal on 18 February 2015.
2. The strategy of the Launch has been finalized.
3. A high level committee under the leadership of Director Finance and Chief Operating Officer has been formed to take the decision on launching price of the product and Marketing Strategy.
