Prima Plastics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 February 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following;1. Declared Interim Dividend of Rs.1/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each of the Company. The Interim Dividend will be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company on February 26, 2016.
2. The Board of Directors of the Company has also approved the Project relating to location and structure of the Company at Latin America.
3. The Board also approved the project to manufacturing Plastic Moulded Articles at Ongole, Andhra Pradesh.
4. The Board also noted to appointment of Nidhi Goradia as Company Secretary of the Company.
