SPEL Semiconductor announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 September 2014, approved the following:1. Appointment of M. Jayasankar as Additional Director of the Company with effect from 15 September 2014.
2. Appointment of Dr. Enakshi Bhattacharya as Additional Director of the Company with effect from 15 September 2014.
3. Resignation of Dr. T. S. Vijayaraghavan, Director, with effect from 08 September 2014.
4. Resignation of N. Ramakrishnan, Director, with effect from 12 September 2014.
5. Deferral of Advisory Services Agreement with Ar Rm Arun.
