SRS announced that:1. Change in designation of Naresh Kumar Goyal
Naresh Kumar Goyal, Whole-Time Director has been redesignated as a Director of the Company in the Board meeting of the Company held on 31 January 2015 as he has been appointed as Managing Director of Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company-SRS Worldwide (FZE).
2. Reconstitution of Corporate Social Responsibility Committee
For operational convenience, the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee has been reconstituted in the Board meeting held on 31 January 2015 comprising of following Directors:
1. Dr. Anil Jindal (Chairman)
2. Raju Bansal (Member)
3. Lalit Kumar (Member)
