Has taken on record of resignation of V G Jaganathan, Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary from closing hours of 31 March 2016.

Approved appointment of S Meenakshisundaram as Chief Financial Officers with effect from 04 April 2016.

Approved appointment of R Dilip Kumar as Company Secretary with effect from 04 April 2016.
