Unno Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 December 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following businesses :1. Approved acquisition of a web platform NPASource.com (http://npasource.com) developed by Atishya Group at a consideration, the form of which can be either in cash or kind, based upon the Valuation Report of the said portal by an approved valuer;
2. Approved and taken on record the Resignation of Jai Prakash Gupta, Independent Director from the Board of Directors of the Company; and
3. Appointment of Pankaj Dawar as an Additional Director (Independent Director) of the Company.
