Visesh Infotecnics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 December 2015, decided to hold Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company on 28 January 2016 at the registered office of the Company at 703, Arunachal Building, 19 Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi-110001 at 10:00 A.M. for seeking approval from the members to change the name of the Company from "Visesh Infotecnics" to "MPS infotecnics".
