Outcome of capital raising committee meeting of DCB Bank

DCB Bank announced that in respect of the QIP, the Capital Raising Committee of the Board (CRC) at its meeting held on 08 October 2014, inter alia, has passed the following resolutions:

1. Approved the closure of the QIP on 08 October 2014.

2. Approved the issue price of Rs. 82.15 per Equity Share (share), which is at a discount of Rs. 4.30 per Equity Share, to the Floor Price of Rs. 86.45 per Equity Share, for the Equity Shares to be allotted to eligible qualified institutional buyers in the QIP; and

3. Approved and adopted the Placement Document (PD) dated 08 October 2014, in connection with the QIP.
