Parab Infra announced the following change in directorate with effect from 31 August 2017 -

1.Resignation of Amrit Gandhi as a Managing Director and Compliance officer
2.Appointment of Neha Botadra as a Compliance officer of the Company
3.Appointment of Narendra Dogra as an Additional Director on Board in the capacity of Managing Director subject to shareholder's approval.
