Paushak to buyback shares up to Rs 21.25 crore

The Buy-back Committee of Paushak in its meeting held on 12 March 2018 has approved buyback of up to 1,25,000 fully paid-up equity shares of the Company having face value of Rs. 10 each at the price of Rs. 1,700 per equity share ('Buy-back Price') payable in cash for a total consideration not exceeding Rs. 21.25 crore ('Buy-back Size') excluding transaction costs etc.
