Files certified copy of the NCLT Order with RoC, Kolkata
Phillips Carbon Black announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kolkata Bench, vide its Order dated 19 July 2017, has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Goodluck Dealcom, a wholly owned subsidiary of Phillips Carbon Black, (referred to as the 'Transferor Company') with Phillips Carbon Black (referred to as the 'Transferee Company') with the Appointed Date being 1 April 2016.The Company has filed E-Form INC-28 with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Kolkata, along with the Certified True Copy of the Order on 21 July 2017.
