Phoenix Mills allots 3000 equity shares under ESOP

Phoenix Mills has allotted 3000 equity shares under ESOP. Consequent upon allotment of the above shares, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 34,39,13,852 consisting of 17,19,56,926 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each to Rs 34,39,19,852 consisting of 17,19,59,926 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each.
