Piramal Enterprises fixes record date for interim dividend

Record date is 19 March 2016

Piramal Enterprises has fixed 19 March 2016 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend.

The interim dividend on Equity Shares will be paid to the members between 23 March 2016 and 30 March 2016.
