Provogue (India) sells its entire investement in Classique Creators
Provogue (India) announced that the Company has sold its whole investment in Classique Creators ('CCPL'), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.Classique Creators (Erstwhile 'Classique Creators') was incorporated as 100% of the Company on 30 August 2011 and had paid up share capital of Rs. 5 lakh divided into 2,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- per shares. CCPL has not carried out any business activities and remained inoperative and non-functional since its incorporation.
