Pudumjee Pulp & Paper Mills gets High Court approval for scheme of arrangement & reconstruction

Pudumjee Pulp & Paper Mills announced that the Hon'ble Bombay High Court has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement and Reconstruction (Demerger) between Pudumjee Pulp & Paper Mills, Pudumjee Industries , Pudumjee Hygiene Products and Pudumjee Paper Products and their respective Shareholders and Creditors ("Scheme") on 08 January 2016.The authenticated and certified copy of the Order is awaited from the Hon'ble Bombay High Court.
