Punjab National Bank appoints CFO

At board meeting held on 05 November 2015

Punjab National Bank announced that the Board of the Bank in the meeting held on 05 November 2015 approved redesignating PK Mohapatra, General Manager (Finance) as CFO of the Bank and he is also the designated official in terms of Regulation 30(5) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015. He shall hold the office till further instructions.
