Radico Khaitan announces change in company secretary

With effect from 28 January 2021

Radico Khaitan has appointed Dinesh Kumar Gupta as the Vice President Legal & Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 28 January 2021 in place of Amit Manchanda, who has resigned as Vice President & Company Secretary with effect from 28 January 2021.
