Ruby Mills announced that based on the recommendation made by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee vide Circular Resolution dated 29 December 2015, the Board of Directors vide Circular Resolution dated 29 December 2015 have approved the appointment of Yogen Shivlal Lathia as an Additional Director (Independent Director) on the Board of Directors of the Company.
