Sahara One Media and Entertainment announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 12 November 2018

Sahara One Media and Entertainment has accepted the resignation of Sukhmendra Kumar from the designation of Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 12 November 2018. The Company will have P. C. Tripathy, CFO of the Company designated as Compliance Officer in the vacancy of the Company Secretary.
