Sayaji Hotels announces cessation of director

With effect from 08 December 2015

Sayaji Hotels has repaid entire outstanding of the credit facility of Madhya Pradesh Financial Corporation "MPFC" hence MPFC has withdraw the name of Yashowardhan Singh Mehta from the board of directors of the Company w.e.f. 08 December 2015.
