Shiv-Vani Oil approves restructuring under CDR mechanism

Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services announced that with reference to CDR Package submitted to CDR Cell, CDR-EG has conveyed their approval (LOA) for restructuring under CDR mechanism. The company is in process of finalizing Master Restructuring Agreement (MRA) in consultation with CDR lenders.
