Shriram EPC to hold board meeting

Shriram EPC will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 July 2016 for considering & approving the issuance of shares in lieu of the WCTL (Working Capital Term Loan) to the CDR lenders and considering & approving the issuance of shares upto Rs. 265 Crores to the promoters, on preferential basis.
