SKS Microfinance allots equity shares

SKS Microfinance announced that the company on 18 February 2014 has allotted 264 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the grantee who exercised options under the company's employee stock option plan, 2009. The said shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the company in all respects.
