Smruthi Organics to hold board meeting

Smruthi Organics will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 February 2015, to transact the following: to take on record the unaudited quarterly accounts of the Company for the quarter ended 31 December 2014, to appoint H R Thakur as a secretarial auditor for the year 2014-2015, to approve and adopt CSR Policy, and to approve and adopt Policy on Related Party Transactions.
