SRF announces change in CFO

With effect from 01 April 2016

SRF announced that Anoop K. Joshi, President & Company Secretary has also been appointed as Chief Financial Officer by the Board at its meeting held on 08 February 2016 in place of Rajendra Prasad, Chief Financial Officer, who will be retiring on 31 March 2016.

The above appointment is effective from 01 April 2016.
