Floor price determined at Rs 110 per equity share

Srinivasa Hatcheries announced that the floor price of Rs 110 per equity share has been determined in accordance with SEBI delisting regulations. On 27 November 2014, the Board of the Company had approved the voluntary delisting proposal.
