Steel Authority of India to hold board meeting

Steel Authority of India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 February 2015, to consider and take on record Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31 December 2014 (Q3) and also to consider Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2014-15 at the said meeting.
