Sundaram-Clayton informed that its board has declared an interim dividend of Rs 31 per share on 2.02 crore equity shares, the sum aggregating to Rs 62.72 crore.
The interim dividend declared will be paid on or after 21 March 2020, to those shareholders, who hold shares in physical form and / or in electronic form and whose names appear in the Register of Members and / or Depositories respectively, as at the close of working hours on 18 March 2020, being the Record Date fixed by the company for this purpose.
Shares of the auto ancillary ended 7.23% lower, to Rs 1752.35 on Monday, 9 March 2020.
