Under bonus issue
Tata Consultancy Services has on 03 June 2018, allotted 1,91,42,87,591 Equity Shares of Re.1 each as fully-paid up Bonus Equity Shares, in the ratio of 1 Equity Share of Re.1 each for every 1 Equity Share of Re.1 each held, to eligible members whose names appeared in the register of members/list of beneficiary owners as on June 2, 2018, being the record date fixed for this purpose.Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs.3,82,85,75,182 consisting of 3,82,85,75,182 Equity Shares of Re.1 each from Rs.1,91,42,87,591 consisting of 1,91,42,87,591 Equity Shares of Re.1 each.
