Tata Steel allots NCDs aggregating Rs 1000 cr

Tata Steel has allotted 10,000 -Unsecured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value Rs 10,00,000/- each, for cash aggregating to Rs1,000 crore, to identified investors on private placement basis. The issue consists of 2 series:

1. Series A - 5,000 NCDs amounting to Rs 500 crore with 7.85% p.a. floating coupon rate
2. Series B - 5,000 NCDs amounting to Rs 500 crore with 7.95% p.a. fixed coupon rate
