Techtran Polylenses appoints company secretary & compliance officer

With effect from 13 February 2015

Techtran Polylenses announced that Ranjith Kumar Shetty, Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 13 February 2015.

Further, the Company have designated Ranjith Kumar Shetty as the Compliance Officer of the Company.
