Thangamayil Jewellery to pay dividend

On or before 05 August 2015

Thangamayil Jewellery announced that at the 15th Annual General Meeting held on 29 July 2015, the Shareholders of the Company passed a resolution for payment of dividend @ Rs. 1/- per share of Face value of Rs. 10 per Equity share (10%) and the same will be paid on or before 05 August 2015.
