The Board of Thirumalai Chemicals at its meeting held on 26 May 2021 has approved the appointment of Ramya Bharathram, (Whole Time Director and CFO) as Managing Director and CFO of the Company subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
