Tirupati Sarjan signs MoU with Government of Uganda

To develop business and industrial parks in 6 cities in Uganda

Tirupati Sarjan announced that the Company's subsidiary Tirupati Development(U) has entered into MOU with the Government of Uganda to develop business and industrial park in 6 major cities of Uganda.

Execution of the above contract will generate the turnover of Rs. 275 crore in a time to come and the said company will have good profitability and enhance the value of investment in the said subsidiary.

The above MOU is over and above the work order of Rs. 24 crore to construct the hospital project in Uganda.
