Transport Corporation of India standalone net profit rises 4.77% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales rise 5.64% to Rs 565.56 crore

Net profit of Transport Corporation of India rose 4.77% to Rs 21.51 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 20.53 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales rose 5.64% to Rs 565.56 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 535.38 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit rose 22.46% to Rs 75.95 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 62.02 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales rose 8.36% to Rs 2196.75 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 2027.27 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
