Under bonus issue
TTK Prestige has allotted 23,10,234 equity shares of Rs. 10/ each as fully-paid up bonus equity shares, in the ratio of 1 equity share for every 5 equity shares to the shareholders whose name appear on the Register of Members of the Company as at the closing on 16 May 2019.Consequently, the paidup equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs.13,86,14,030 consisting of 1,38,61,403 equity shares of Rs. 10/ each.
