Uniply Industries announced that the Board of Directors vide circulation resolution passed on 18 September, 2019, approved the Conversion of 3,24,531 Convertible Share Warrants of Rs.10/- each into 16,22,655 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each.With the above conversion, the paid up share capital of the Company has been increased from Rs.33,20,49,490/- (consisting of 16,60,24,745 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each) to Rs.33,52,94,800/- (consisting of 16,76,47,400 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each).
