V-Mart Retail allots equity shares

V-Mart Retail announced that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company has allotted Equity Shares as detailed below upon exercise of Options by the employees under the Company's Employee Stock Options Scheme, 2012 :

No. of Equity Shares allotted : 24,687 (face value of Rs. 10)

Date of Allotment - 03 August 2015

With the allotment of the above shares, the equity base of the Company stands increased from present level of 1,80,29,926 (Nos.) to 1,80,54,613 (Nos.) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
