Venmax Drugs & Pharmaceuticals will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 3 September 2014, to approve the draft accounts for the year ended 31 March 2014, to approve the draft 25th AGM Notice & to fix the date, time and venue for convening the said AGM, to fix the dates of book closure, and to review working of the company.
