VHCL Industries to hold board meeting

VHCL Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 16 January 2015, to allot 2,57,50,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each fully paid up, to the Investors who are Non Promoters, on conversion of outstanding Unsecured Loan into Equity Shares, at a price of Rs 6 per share.
