Visa Steel announces change in directorate
With effect from 24 December 2014
Visa Steel announced that the Board of Directors of the Company vide resolution passed through circulation on 07 January 2015, had resolved the following:1. Approved the resignation of Maya Shanker Verma, Independent Director w.e.f. 24 December 2014, and,
2. Noted the cessation of Subrato Trivedi, Non -Executive Director w.e.f. 24 December 2014.
