Weizmann to invest Rs 5 crore in preference shares of Weizmann International

Weizmann announced that the Sub-Committee of the Company has, at its meeting held on 20 July, 2018, approved the purchase of 5,00,000 10% Non-Convertible Non-Cumulative Preference Shares ('NCNCPS') of Rs. 100/- each by the Company from Weizmann International ('WIL'), upon terms and conditions agreed between the Company and WIL.
