Whirlpool of India standalone net profit rises 22.86% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 23.97% to Rs 1257.74 crore

Net profit of Whirlpool of India rose 22.86% to Rs 91.38 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 74.38 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 23.97% to Rs 1257.74 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 1014.55 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 12.94% to Rs 350.67 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 310.49 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 22.61% to Rs 4831.91 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 3940.77 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
