Wockhardt allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Wockhardt announced that the Share Allotment Committee of the Company has allotted 25,750 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each at their meeting held on 20 January 2015, pursuant to exercise of employee stock options by the employees under Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2011 of the Company.

Pursuant to the above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 550,202,015/-(110,040,403 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each) to Rs. 550,330,765/- (110,066,153 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each).
